VOLUME DISCOUNT

Prices are based on quantity ordered per style, per order, for one time delivery only.

MINIMUMS

No Minimums. No Service Charge.

SAMPLE POLICY

Sample orders must have characteristics of a sample order. Pro-Celebrity reserves the right to restrict sample order quantities. Samples are non-refundable.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please contact Customer Service for information on pricing, quantities, delivery and available styles.

EXTENDED SIZING

Larger sizes – 4XL, 5XL, 6XL can be supplied upon request. Please contact Customer Service for details. Available in select styles. Lead time is required. Custom orders may require a 50% deposit prior to production.

TERMS

Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Discover/MasterCard/Visa/AmericanExpress are accepted credit cards. COD cashiers check or money order is accepted for accounts that do not have an established credit line.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Arcadia, CA. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. For same day shipment, order must be placed by 4PM PST.

DECORATING

Please contact Customer Service for information regarding Embroidery Program and Name Drop Program.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly accept returns.

• Returns must be made within 15 days from date of shipment.
• Sample orders and Discontinued styles cannot be returned.
• All claims for shortages, damages, etc must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and require a return authorization (RA) number. All replacement orders will be shipped using ground service (I.E. UPS or Federal Express).
• Printed, decorated, washed and/or embellished products will NOT be returnable. Please inspect all garments prior to decorating. We accept no responsibility for discrepancies on orders shipped to third parties.
• Please mark the placement of any flaws in our merchandise with tape.
• All returns, including returns due to customer ordering error, are subject to a $20 restocking charge.
• All cancelled and refused COD shipments are subject to a $20 restocking charge in addition to round trip freight and COD charges.
